“I met Joe at the 2006 Partner Channel event in Fargo, where he spoke on Usability. Rockton Software hired him and his team to redesign our web site. I am impressed on how much Joe and his team “get” usability and bring its difficult practice into reality. It’s an art form, and Joe does it so well. Joe is also a fantastic and talented speaker. He’s articulate, always well-prepared, and damn funny. I attended the 2008 Partner Channel conference where he spoke on Web 2.0, which I wasn’t too interested in until I heard him speak about it.
